AllCast — Cast photos, music, and video to your Chromecast App Reviews

This would be a great app if it supported all video files. Every video I have taken with my cannon camera will not stream. Just shows black screen and glitchy sound. Very disappointed. Also very very slow on slideshow with no way of speed control. When looking for pics there is no pic or file name to reference.

Videos saved on my phone cast with no lag, pictures and music from my phone work too. Great app

I use this to stream my music library to my chromecast audio. It works perfectly

This is a new of the "cast" area which allow almost anything on your TV. The AllCast shows photos, pictures and other products on TV, easy and enjoyable. I love it, and you will also. GREAT!!!!!!!!!

The app was quick in getting the music up from my playlist. But I cannot get the app to Play continuous music or shuffle on my chrome cast. I did buy the premium version.

"All Cast" Not quite, disappointing, will not cast all movies. Works well with Google Plus and pictures.

It only streams music if it downloaded to your phone without a subscription service. So if you try to play downloaded music from your Apple Music subscription IT DOESNT WORK. Fix It

Very easy to use and it found my roku and my plex server with no problems. Im enjoying it thus far.

Im not sure if this app has any control over the quality of the sound or if the sound quality is a Chromecast-Audio hardware issue, but when I compare the quality of the sound between using iTunes on my iPhone pugged directly to my AudioEngine 2 speakers vs. AllCast sending the music to the Chromecast device, the former is better quality. For much of my music, the AllCast sounds fine, but for other songs, played via the Chromecast is definitely inferior.

I used this app to mirror pictures and videos from iPhone to chromecast. Set up was a breeze, and it didnt degraded the picture/video quality.

Trying to steam .mp4 files from Dropbox and it says the file type is not supported on my Samsung TV but the same file can be played on the same TV via AllCasting through Apple TV, Dropbox app on the Samsung TV, and via a sub drive plugged into the TV directly. I dont get it? I was trying to steam my videos on the TV without using Apple TV.

For what it can do it does it very well (at least for music which is what I use it for). High quality and no lag or bugs. Unfortunately no shuffle option which limits it for me. Id even pay for premium if it included this option.

Dont install this app, this is waste of time & money. Google shows that it is the beat app for casting videos from iphone to TV. But it only casts photos, videos stored in your device. If you want to cast videos from youtube, netflix, browser etc then this is just waste.

This app does what its supposed to do I even paid for premium but what Im mad about is that the app doesnt play videos that arent located in the photos app please fix soon I would love to be able to watch videos without having to carry my laptop around

It give me a chance to watch all of my stuff from my pc.

This app will not play videos stored in the apple videos app (like purchased movies and tv shows from iTunes). Im sure the app probably works for any videos created with the iPhone camera app. Those are saved in the photos app on the phone. But that is misleading since it clearly says videos in the app description.

Needs a shuffle option for playing music! Would give 5 stars if that feature was available
