Video file type not supported

Trying to steam .mp4 files from Dropbox and it says the file type is not supported on my Samsung TV but the same file can be played on the same TV via AllCasting through Apple TV, Dropbox app on the Samsung TV, and via a sub drive plugged into the TV directly. I dont get it?

I was trying to steam my videos on the TV without using Apple TV.
